Disclosures: carrier billing, price ranges, and how this text was drafted
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-07-29
Why this page exists
Three things on this site could be misread, and each of them is worth stating outright rather than leaving to a footnote. Carrier names appear on many pages and they describe billing, not affiliation. Every price on the site is a range with a wide spread, and a range is not an offer. And some of the text here was drafted with machine assistance, which a reader is entitled to know before deciding how much weight to give it.
Naming a carrier describes billing and nothing else
OCRV Center is an independent repair facility. Sixteen carriers are billed direct, which means the shop can send an estimate, a supplement and an invoice into that carrier's process without the owner acting as courier. That is an administrative arrangement and it is the entire content of the relationship. It does not mean the carrier owns, operates, approves, inspects or supervises this shop, and it does not mean the shop speaks for the carrier on any question about your coverage.
It also runs in the other direction. A carrier appearing on a page here has not endorsed OCRV Center, and the shop makes no claim that it has. Carrier names, logos and programme names remain the property of their owners.
In California the vehicle owner chooses the repair facility. A carrier may recommend a shop, may operate a network of shops, and may explain the consequences of choosing one outside it, and none of that transfers the decision. If you were told the choice is not yours, /insurance-help/who-picks-the-shop/ sets out how that conversation usually goes and what to ask.
Every published figure is a range, and the spread is real
The bands published at /prices/ and repeated on service pages are ranges, and their width is not hedging. A single line item on a repair menu covers a bumper skin and a rolled coach, an eight foot trailer roof and an eighty foot span of membrane over a wet deck. Collision repair on this site runs from $1,000 to $150,000 plus for exactly that reason, and narrowing it would make the page more comfortable and less true.
What actually sets a figure is hours, parts and how much has to come off to reach the damage. Labour is posted: body and paint at $210 an hour, mechanical and electrical at $260, diagnostics at $285 with a one hour minimum, detail at $95. Materials are calculated rather than quoted, at $55 per paint hour and $5 per body hour, with a $45 hazmat charge where chemicals, refrigerant or LP gas are involved. Parts carry a published markup of 100 percent at or under $100 and 35 percent above it. An owner with the hours can reconstruct most of an estimate from those numbers alone.
A range on this site is not an offer, a quotation or a commitment. The figure that governs your repair is the one on a written estimate produced after the unit has been examined, and nothing binds either side until a written repair authorisation is signed. Insurance walk-ins are welcome and we write the estimate. An RV systems estimate covering slides, awnings, water, electrical or a generator is $150, credited against an authorised repair. An in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285, also credited against an authorised repair. The minimum repair order is $500, which is an order minimum rather than a line item minimum: 70 of the published bands open below that figure, because a mud flap or a length of reflective tape genuinely does not cost more, and small items ride inside a larger order.
How this text was drafted
Some of the written content on this site was drafted with machine assistance. Every page was then reviewed against the shop's own rate sheet, its facility record and its licence numbers before publication, and every dollar figure on the site traces to the posted rate card rather than to a draft. The build enforces that mechanically: a figure that does not appear on the rate card fails the build rather than reaching a page.
Two consequences follow, and both are visible on the site. No customer testimonial, review count, star rating or aggregate rating appears anywhere here, because none has been collected under permission and publishing an invented one would be the easiest and worst thing this site could do. And no statistic is published without a named source and an attribution, which is why several pages describe a mechanism where a number would have read better.
There are no invented people on this site either. The page describing the workshop at /the-center/the-crew/ describes roles and certifications rather than individuals, carries no photographs of people and no names, and emits no schema describing a person. Case studies are labelled representative composites where they are composites.
Brand and part names are description, not endorsement
Component, appliance and material names appear across this site because naming the actual part is the only way to write usefully about repairing it. Dicor, Eternabond, Schwintek, Lippert, Dometic, Norcold, Onan, Truma, Dexter and the rest identify products a technician handles. None of those manufacturers has endorsed OCRV Center, none has reviewed this text, and their marks remain theirs.
Where a service page names a brand it is describing work the shop performs on that equipment, not an authorised dealership relationship, unless the page says so specifically. Where a part category is named, the estimate for your repair will say which category was actually fitted: new original equipment, aftermarket equivalent, reconditioned or salvage.
Licensure, and the photographs on this site
OCRV Center is licensed by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair under ARD00288521 and holds EPA number CAL000367879. Both numbers are published because a California body shop publishing its own licence numbers is normal and expected, and because both are independently checkable against the issuing authority rather than against this page.
Photographs on this site show work performed at the 35,000 square foot facility at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda. They are the shop's own images of real vehicles. No stock photograph is presented as the shop's work, and no photograph of another facility appears anywhere on the site. Vehicle identifying details are obscured where an owner would be identifiable.
One facility, and what that excludes
All work is performed in shop at the single Yorba Linda facility. There is no second location. The reason is stated on the site rather than hidden: a frame bench, a full length paint booth and lift capacity for a Class A coach do not travel. Laguna Niguel owners reach the shop on I-5 north to SR-91 east, and /the-center/geography/ describes that relationship.
