This website is operated by OCRV Center, a collision and repair facility at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, California 92887, licensed by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair under ARD00288521 and holding EPA number CAL000367879. The site is written for owners in Laguna Niguel and the surrounding part of Orange County, and every page on it describes work performed at that one facility.

All work is performed in shop. There is one location, and the site does not offer travelling service of any kind. The scope of what the shop does and does not do is set out at /the-center/about/ and on each service page. Using this site means accepting the terms below as they stand on the date you read them.

The pages here are informational. They describe repair processes, vehicle types, insurance mechanics, posted labour rates and published price ranges so that an owner can arrive at a conversation already knowing how the work is structured. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a repair contract.

Insurance content on this site explains how a process works and what an owner can ask. It is not legal advice and it is not advice about the coverage in your policy, neither of which the shop is in a position to give. Your policy and your adjuster are the authorities on your coverage.

Read the site, print it, quote it with attribution, and send a link to anyone. What is not acceptable: automated scraping at a rate that degrades the site for other readers, republishing substantial portions of the text as your own, using the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, attempting to interfere with the site or the platforms it runs on, or presenting any part of this site as the work of another business.

The forms exist so an owner can reach the shop about a vehicle. Submissions that are plainly automated or plainly unrelated are discarded, which is what Cloudflare Turnstile on the form is there to make possible.

The written content on this site was produced for OCRV Center and remains its property. Photographs on the site show work performed at the Yorba Linda facility on real vehicles, and they are the shop's own. Neither the text nor the photographs may be reproduced in bulk or used to represent another facility's capability.

Brand names, part names and carrier names appear throughout the site as description. A named component identifies a component. A named carrier describes a direct billing relationship and nothing more. Those names remain the property of their owners and their appearance here is neither a claim of affiliation nor an endorsement in either direction. The full statement is at /legal/disclosures/.

Four statements, and together they are the whole of it. A price range published on this site is a range, and its width is real: the same line item covers a bumper skin and a rolled coach. A page describing a repair is information about how that repair is performed, not an offer to perform it at any particular figure. The price for your repair is set after the unit has been examined and written on an estimate. And nothing on this site, and no conversation before an estimate, creates an obligation on either side until a written repair authorisation is signed.

The same applies to time. Day ranges on this site describe how a repair sequence typically unfolds, including the parts of it that belong to a carrier and a parts supplier rather than to the shop. They are not a schedule and no completion date is offered before teardown, because teardown is when the scope becomes known.

Where a page states a fact about the shop, it is a fact drawn from the shop's own records: the licence numbers, the facility size, the posted labour rates, the hours, the materials formulas and the deposit schedule. Where a page describes an outcome, it describes a process that produces it, which is verifiable, rather than a result, which would not be. That is a deliberate substitution and it runs through every page on the site.

The labour rates and price ranges published at /prices/ are current as of the effective date of these terms and they change. A rate on an estimate governs that estimate. A rate on a web page describes what the shop charges on the day the page was last revised, and where the two differ the estimate is the document that matters.

Insurance billed work may be written at carrier negotiated labour rates that differ from the posted retail rates. The posted rates are what a customer pay job costs. Neither figure is a discount on the other, and an owner comparing an insurance estimate against the posted rate card is comparing two different agreements.

The money terms are the posted ones. The minimum repair order is $500, and individual line items are often less than that and ride inside an order that reaches it. A 50 percent deposit is taken at authorisation on any job over $2,000, and a further 25 percent when parts arrive on any job over $10,000. Special order parts require a 100 percent non refundable deposit at the time of order, because a part built or pulled to your unit's specification cannot be returned to stock. Sales tax of 7.75 percent applies to parts and materials, and labour is not taxed. A 3.5 percent surcharge applies to card payments over $1,000.

A vehicle left for repair occupies space in a working facility and is stored at the owner's risk. Remove personal property before drop off. The checklist at /the-center/guides/preparing-a-coach-for-shop-drop-off/ sets out what should come out and why, including medication, documents, valuables and anything with a battery in it.

The final balance is due at pickup, and no vehicle leaves the property until it is paid in full. A vehicle left on the property after a completed repair, or after a written estimate the owner declines to authorise, may become subject to storage charges and to the lien remedies California law provides to a repair facility. Nobody wants to reach that point, and it is avoided by answering the call.

This site links outward to carriers, manufacturers, public agencies and mapping services. Those destinations are not operated by OCRV Center and their content, their terms and their privacy practices are their own. A link is a pointer to something a reader may find useful and it carries no assessment of the destination beyond that.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of this site or out of a repair performed at the facility is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Orange County, California, and both sides consent to that venue. Nothing in these terms limits a right a California consumer holds under statute, including rights under the Automotive Repair Act and the regulations of the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

These terms carry an effective date and a version number. A change of substance raises the version and moves the date, and the terms that apply to you are the ones in force on the day you use the site or authorise a repair. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised text.
