Every figure on this page is a fact about OCRV Center, drawn from the rate sheet, the facility record or the price band table. There is no trade average here and no survey result, because no citable source existed for one. Use these rows to compare shops, not to predict a bill.
Every row is a fact about this shop and nothing else
The rows on this page come from three places: the posted rate sheet, the facility record, and the price band table that every price on this site is rendered from. All three are first party, all three are checkable against other pages here, and each row carries its source and an OCRV Center attribution next to the value rather than in a footnote at the bottom of the page.
The attribution is structural rather than editorial. The data type behind these rows has no optional attribution field, so a figure physically cannot be published here without one being supplied. That was a deliberate design decision on this build, made because a statistic whose source is optional becomes a statistic whose source is missing.
What is missing from this page, and why that was the harder choice
There is no market share figure on this page. No national average repair cost, no percentage of recreational vehicle owners who do anything, no industry survey result, no claim about what proportion of estimates are written low. Those were not left out for space. They were left out because no citable source was available for any of them at authoring time, and a statistic without a source is an invention with a decimal point in it.
Leaving them out cost something. A page of trade statistics reads more authoritative than a page of shop facts, and competitors publish them freely. The trade off is that every number here survives being looked up, which is not true of a percentage that has been copied between websites for a decade with no original study underneath it.
The one comparison these numbers are actually good for
Use this page against another shop rather than against your own repair. Put the posted labour rates next to the rates another shop will give you on the phone. Put the floor area next to theirs. Put the licence numbers next to theirs and check both with the issuing bodies. Put the count of locations and the count of travelling service routes next to theirs. Every one of those is a like for like comparison and most shops cannot supply half of it.
That is a narrower use than a statistics page usually claims and it is the honest one. The value here is not in the individual figures, most of which are unremarkable. It is in the fact that they are all disclosed in one place in a form somebody else can be asked to match.
Why nothing on this page predicts what you will pay
A rate is not a total. The rows derived from the band table describe how wide the published spreads are and how many bands exist, and neither of those tells you where your repair will land inside one. Hours are the variable that decides a bill, and hours cannot be known before teardown on a bonded assembly where the damage boundary is exactly what is being discovered.
Two further gaps matter. Insurance billed work may be written at carrier negotiated labour rates that differ from the posted retail figures, so the rate rows describe a customer pay job. And a repair that hits an obsolete moulded part behaves differently from every band average, because fabrication hours replace a part price. The calculators on this site do the arithmetic honestly, and they are explicit that their output is arithmetic rather than an estimate.
The numbers this page deliberately does not carry
No figure appears here that this shop cannot attribute. That rules out most of what a statistics page in this trade normally contains: industry averages, claim frequencies, satisfaction percentages and cycle time benchmarks lifted from a trade association summary that nobody reading it will ever check.
The cost of that rule is a shorter page. The benefit is that every row here is either something this shop measured or something with a citation an owner can follow, and there is nothing in between wearing a decimal point to look authoritative. Where a number would have been persuasive and none was available, the mechanism is described instead and the quantity is simply left out.
